Renters must be 25 years of age or older and have some boat experience.
Boat operators who were born after Jan 01 1988, must have a Florida Boating Safty Education Identification Card to operate a motorboat with a 10 HP engine or more. Operators over the age of 31 are exempt from this requirement.
Therefore, If you are between the age of 25-30, you must have this card in your possession to rent.

As a service, we offer on-the-water instruction for an additional charge. This is an optional service, but mandatory for those without any boating experience.
The standard orange life jackets are on board. Every boat is also equipped with GPS Marine navigation unit, four lines, four fenders, a boat hook, one anchor, floatable throw cushion, horn, whistle, flares and first aid kit.
No additional fees are charged for check-in/out or a regular boat cleaning. Should the boat be returned unusually dirty, especially after a fishing trip, we reserve the right to charge no less than $50 and no more than $100 to do the appropriate cleaning.
We also provide delivery and pick up for Cape Coral. Delivery starts at $75 up to $150. These charges include fuel used to get the boat to your location and back to one of our locations.
A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation and is non-refundable within 60 days of rental. We accept all major credit cards.
All of our boats are insured with a $1,500 deductible. There is no additional charge for this insurance, however, should the insurance be used for a claim, renter would be responsible for the deductible. Operation of the vessel is only permitted between sunrise and sunset. Operation of our vessels in seas greater than 2 ft. is considered irresponsible and negligent and therefore renters responsibility for catastrophic damages that may occur. Theft is the responsibility of the renter.
All boats are covered by Sea Tow Cape Coral commercial towing coverage for any mechanical issues. This covers all breakdowns. For all other groundings, negligence or running out of gas that would require towing, the cost is the responsibility of the renter.
All Renters must be 31 years of age or older or must be 25 yrs old and possess a FL Safe Boater Card. If you’ve successfully completed an official boating safty course that is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA), your boater education card is welcome in every state that requires mandatory boater education.
Our cancellation policy is a full refund of the deposit if cancellation is received in writing 60 days or more prior to the rental start date. We can not refund deposits when cancellation notice is received less than 60 days before the rental start date. We can not accept cancellation of any rental days once the rental has commenced. Same day cancellations will constitute a full charge of the balance due.
Late fees of $59 / per hour will be charged if returning later then designated times
Multi-day rentals may operate sunrise to sunset during rental period, but must be back by 4:00 pm on last day
